For those of you who aren’t on twitter….why the heck not?! Seriously, it is some of the best fun you will have in Social Media.
Some of my favorite moments on Twitter:
When all those terrible storms were ripping through the South, I had a gazillion tweets from friends all over the US & Canada worried about me because they hadn’t heard from me all day.
When the news about Osama Bin Laden broke, well, it happened on Twitter first. Â Just read this article about the guy who tweeted the raid while it was taking place live: IT Guy Unknowingly Tweets Raid.
Do I even need to mention how AMAZING #wineparty is on Friday nights (Join in starting at 9 PM EST)? I have so much fun that I usually end up in #twitterjail (send 100 tweets in an hour & twitter locks you out!) It’s the only time I have cocktail & get thrown in jail–that would NEVER happen in real life. 🙂
I co-host a chat on twitter every Tuesday nights all about vlogging (#vlogtalk). Join us if you want to discuss vlogging, why you won’t ever do a vlog, why you would like to do one but are too afraid, and numerous other topics.
And why am I telling you all this today?
Because, today is #Blogboycot hosted by Liz at BBCD.
Your blog has never met it’s potential until you start socializing on Twitter. I’m telling you, one night at #wineparty & your blog numbers will sky rocket!

Count me in! I’ve only been on Twitter for a short time, but I keep hearing about the Friday night #wineparty. Now I have an excuse to check it out! That bottle of Shiraz won’t stand a chance!

Thats what twitter jail is. I gotta get into this wine party next time. I am usually having my own wine party, sans the twitter jail.
