Design Terms

Privacy:
Any and all personal information will be kept private between the customer and Mommy Monologues Designs. For installation purposes I will need your Blogger login information. I ask that you change your password to something generic like “blogger” until the design process has been completed.

Design Credit:
Credit for the blog design will be placed at the bottom of all designs. There will also be credit placed for the digital kits if applicable. While there are ANY elements of the design done by me &/or the digital kit designer credit must be given until all elements have been removed.

Refunds:
Due to the nature of the services refunds will not be given.

Revisions:
When you buy a design package they come with 5 edits before installation. After it is installed on your blog all revisions will be billed at $15 an edit.

Liability:
For blog designs, you MUST back up your original blog design before we begin the design process. Mommy Monologues Designs will not be responsible for any items lost during the design process.

Payments:
All payments are to be made through paypal.

Copyright:
All designs are protected under copyright and are property of Mommy Monologues Designs. All parts of the blog design may not be altered, shared, or copied. You may add or edit gadgets, text, pictures, and posts on your blog. The blog designer will not be responsible for mistakes made by the blog owner. If mistakes are made they can be fixed for an additional $15 an edit.
