Privacy:
Any and all personal information will be kept private between the customer and Mommy Monologues Designs. For installation purposes I will need your Blogger login information. I ask that you change your password to something generic like “bloggers” until the design process has been completed.
Design Credit:
Credit for the blog design will be placed at the bottom of all designs. There will also be credit placed for the digital kits if applicable. While there are ANY elements of the design done by me &/or the digital kit designer credit must be given until all elements have been removed.
Refunds:
Due to the nature of the services refunds will not be given. All deposits are non-refundable as well. When payment is made the client agrees to the Terms of Service.
Drafts:
Client agrees to review deliverables within five (5) days for such reviews and to promptly either, approve the deliverables in writing or provide written comments and/or corrections sufficient to identify the Client’s concerns, objections or corrections to Mommy Monologues Designs. Any such delay caused by the Client shall not constitute a breach of any term, condition or Mommy Monologues Designs’ obligations under this Agreement. Mommy Monologues Designs reserves the right to bill Client for any work completed if no response is received after five (5) days and the work has endured for more than thirty (30) days at no fault of Mommy Monologues Designs. Furthermore, no response from Client within fifteen (15) days may warrant termination of said Agreement at no fault of Mommy Monologues Designs; Client will be billed accordingly for the work completed up until that time.
A draft will be emailed within 7 days of the notified start date for Blogger Designs & 7 days for WordPress Designs.
Revisions:
When you buy a design package they come with 3 major edits & 10 minor edits before installation. Any edits after these will be billed at $15.00 an edit.
Depending on the number and depth of edits, turnaround time for each draft can take 1-3 days.
Blog support is available for 7 days after installation. This does not include design changes or design installs. If a major design requests are made see below. If a design was ordered without installation, there will be no blog support available.
Once the design is installed on the blog no major changes to the design can be made. If a change is requested that requires a new installation then it will cost $30 an hour/1 hour minimum for Blogger designs & $75 an hour/1 hour minimum for WordPress designs.
Liability:
For blog designs, you MUST back up your original blog design before we begin the design process. Mommy Monologues Designs will not be responsible for any items lost during the design process.
Design Queue:
If you pay a deposit to hold your place in the design queue it will be held as promised. If on the day of the scheduled start date there is no response in 1 week, then the design opening will be given to the next client.
Payments:
All payments are to be made through Paypal on the scheduled start date. Should there be a change in the scheduled start date then the payment date will change to the new scheduled start date.
Copyright:
All designs are protected under copyright and are property of Mommy Monologues Designs. All parts of the blog design may not be altered, shared, or copied. You may add or edit gadgets, text, pictures, and posts on your blog. The blog designer will not be responsible for mistakes made by the blog owner. If mistakes are made they can be fixed for an additional $15 an edit.
