I have been brainstorming about what to blog about all. day. long. For some reason Mondays are the hardest days for me to come up with something to write….thus the reason it’s almost 5 pm & I’m just now writing something.
Then I started thinking: We’re in the middle of the Ultimate Blog Party 2010 & it’s all about getting to know new people. I have 21 new people who with a gun to their head have graciously decided to “follow” my blog since we started this party (and I’m I love me some followers.)

Why do you like blogging? as a writer it allows me to write with no bounds. i don't have a word count or certain parameters to follow. i can color outside the lines which is fabulous.
What's one thing about you that makes you, YOU? i not only know that i'm awesome but i say it ad nauseum. too many women pretend they aren't that great. i am not one of those women.
What is the one thing you are looking forward to this summer? beach and my bikini. last year i was a pregnant whale/post-partum dough girl. not anymore!
What is your favorite thing do when you have "Me Time"? read and write. i love me some book learnin'.

When you were a kid, what did you say you were going to be when you grew up? I don't remember when I was a little kid – probably wanted to be a mom. When I was a senior in high school I wanted to be the marketing director of a major corporation. That loud buzz is from my failure in that pursuit!
Why do you like blogging? I love that I get to publish whatever I want. There is no rejection when I post to my blog. My blog never tells me something was not good enough.

What do you do for a living? I make herbal remedy teas (herbalphilosophy.com) and I write. I make very little money in both of these ventures. Which needs to change. Soon.

When you were a kid, what did you say you were going to be when you grew up? It changed all the time, but here are a few: singer, teacher, waitress (I know). Actually, I have worked as both a waitress and a teacher. Now all I need to do is start my singing career. Does it count that I sing to my daughter every day?
Why do you like blogging? It's my creative outlet.
What's one thing about you that makes you, YOU? I am quite indecisive. I like to research the shit out of every decision.
What is the one thing you are looking forward to this summer? My mother-in-law bought my daughter the CUTEST little baby bikini. And I bought myself a very sexy, very non-mommy bikini. I can't wait to take her to the pool/beach. But first I have to get my butt (and my belly) in shape.
