Every year my mom would have us kiddos write a Christmas list and it was due by October 1st. We didn’t get everything on the list, but it gave her some options to pick and choose from while she shopped. I always made sure that when I gave her my list that the things I wanted the most were starred and at the top.
I can’t really remember all the things I asked for, but I know that I always asked for socks (lame right? But there’s just something about a new package of socks), something for my American Girl Doll, Samantha, and a Walt-Disney DVD. Those were pretty much staples. I do vividly remember asking to get my ears pierced. I’m pretty sure I asked for that for several years before I got to have it done. I know that one year this is what my list looked like:
4. I’d like an ipad (who doesn’t want one of those?!)

Great minds think alike. I was actually going to work on my Christmas list post today. We have some of the same items on our list. I remember growing up that the one thing that was on my list every year was a birthstone ring…that I never got. 🙁

My list goes up on Friday. It's directed at my husband and has a slightly more cheeky tone.
I hope you get all your heart desires this Christmas!
