Three Years & Counting!
My Wordless Wednesday!
A co-worker of Todd’s asked himรย if we had been married for 6 or 7 years. Todd was confused as to why his friend thought that. His friend said, “Because you have a one year old. I just assumed you waited 4 or 5 years before having a baby.”
Haha! Yeah right! Todd & I do everything a little faster than most people. We started dating in September, got engaged in December, were married in June, & found we were pregnant 16 months after that.
It’s definitely been a whirlwind, but totally worth every wonderful,รย chaotic moment!
Happy Anniversary!!
I can relate to the doing things a little faster than everyone else- My hubby and I started dating in September 2007,married September 2008 and baby January 2010. It has been amazing!
Happy Anniversary! That picture is just so beautiful! ๐
haha Gotta love how people always assume things ๐
Love the picture!!! Gorgeous dress!
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!! I love that we both got married on the same day and have a 1 year old!
happy anniversary! wow you and bestie have great minds getting married on the same day!
Happy Anniversary! We just celebrated our 1 year and have a 2 year old… so, yeah – don't ever assume ๐
Beautiful wedding picture!!!
16 months is plenty of time.
I loooooooove the skirt of your wedding dress.
Happy Anniversary!
Happy Anniversary! My husband and I were the same way. We met in December got engaged in July and got married the following Feb. So we haven't been together two years yet and by the time we are it will almost be our one year anniversary. But hey when you know you just know. Best wishes!
Happy Anniversary! Ours is three years next week! We met in January, engaged in July, married in June. And we have a little already too! Best wishes for many more years together!
Happy Anniversary to a couple who knew what they wanted! Yeah!
happy anniversary!!
Oh wow! What a beautiful picture! Happy Anniversary. Don't worry, we jumped the gun on having a baby. Let's just put it this way. We have three kids together and although none of them were born before we got married, we haven't even been married three years yet.
Happy anniversary! Nothing wrong with moving things along…Marmot and I started dating in April, got engaged in August, and married in January…lol
Happy anniversary!!! ๐
Happy Anniversary and many more to come!!! Gorgeous pic!
I'm the opposite – slow but steady. Been dating the most wonderful man for four years and am in no rush (though not opposed to either!) to marry. I feel secure and happy – what more could I ask for? ๐
Happy Anniversary
Happy anniversary!! We did things pretty quick too…We got met, got married and had a bambino in less than 2 years!
I really need to make more of an effort myself when it comes to that. I don't have a lot of friends with kiddos, so I really need to try to meet some!

Congrats on 3 years.
My husband and I were opposite. Dated for 3 years, THEN got married. Waited 5 years (not necessarily on purpose) and then had our 1st. But, we made up for lost time by having our 2nd just 15 months later.
Happy Anniversary! Cute blog ๐
Hi Kate, I just found your blog and I'd have to say that you did the right thing by not waiting too long to have kids after you were married. My husband and I had a child in the first year and I can say with certainty that my kids have saved my marriage from becoming something a too centered on *ME*! Having kids makes you realize what's really important! God Bless!
my goodness that altar! (You know I think you look beautiful!) I love it! I was pregnant by my first anniversary. It couldn’t be helped. My clock was a ticking!
Minky Most Recent Post…Royal Wedding Ours were just as gorgeous Right RIGHT
Yup, I was pregnant 3 months after mine! I guess mine was ticking too!
You should see the altar now. Our wedding was mid a 5 year renovation & the altar was the last piece that they started about 6 months after our wedding. It is even more beautiful now!
And thank you!
